Miss Hall’s emergency preparedness receives national press
The article, “Plan, Practice, Pivot,” highlights how the IRT helps Miss Hall’s navigate incidents ranging from the global coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic to weather-related emergencies.
The MHS Incident Response Team (IRT) and steps the School has taken to prepare for expected and unexpected challenges, were recently spotlighted by a professional organization that supports independent schools nationwide.
The article, “Plan, Practice, Pivot,” highlights how the IRT helps Miss Hall’s navigate incidents ranging from the global coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic to weather-related emergencies. The IRT, a group of senior administrators and representatives from each school department, plans for and manages these and other challenges that may affect the School.
The article appeared in the July 2020 issue of Net Assets Magazine, the flagship publication of the National Business Officers Association (NBOA). It was penned by former MHS Director of Human Resources Amber Stockham, who is the Director of Human Resources programs at the NBOA!
